The sixth and final season of Better call Saul is making its big debut next week, and I couldn’t be more excited to dive back into this story and see how the final part of this story unfolds. We know where this is all going, but the journey that is taking us there is so exciting.
The final season comes to an end Bob Odenkirk‘s journey of Jimmy McGill as he morphs into criminal defense attorney Saul Goodman. “From the cartel to the courthouse, from Albuquerque to Omaha, season six follows Jimmy, Saul and Gene, and Jimmy’s complex relationship with Kim (Rhea Seehorn), who is in the midst of her own existential crisis. Meanwhile Mike (Jonathan Banks), Gus (Giancarlo Esposito), Nacho (Michael Mando) and Lalo (Tony Dalton) are engaged in a deadly game of cat and mouse.”
showrunner Peter Gould previously said in a statement: “In my eyes, this is our most ambitious, most surprising and, yes, heartbreaking season. Even under incredibly challenging circumstances, the entire “Saul” team – writers, cast, producers, directors and crew – outdid themselves. I couldn’t be more excited to share what we’ve accomplished together.”
This was also recently confirmed Bryan Cranston and AaronPaul will reprise their roles as Walter White and Jesse Pinkman in the final season.
The seven-part first part of Better call Saul Season 6 premieres April 18 at 9 p.m. ET. on AMC and AMC Plus. Consecutive episodes will air that evening. After these first seven episodes have aired, the second part of the season will debut on July 11th.
