Johnny Walker who has been KOd by Jamahal Hill flamboyantly at UFC Vegas 48 shared a rather heartwarming interaction with a fan after a massive amount of post-fight hate.
Johnny Walker has had to go through the final stages of criticism as well as abuse following his recent fight with Hill when he received a flurry of senseless hate for the way he was brought down.
Johnny Walker has taken to social media to discuss the hate he and his family have received since last weekend’s fight and it must be said that some of the things that have been said are completely false.
Since then, he has received a lot of support from both fans and colleagues of the MMA community when he released a video addressing the issue.
“That’s not cool, man,” said Jamahal Hill as he supported Johnny Walker after their battle
Jamahal Hill who also received some ridicule when he lost his previous match and supported Johnny Walker when he released a video asking fans to stop the abuse.
“He gets knocked down, it happens and most of you are mothsThe erfu*kers talking would never put himself in that position and let you sit there and do this to the man who stepped out against the best in the fu*king world,” Jamahal Hill spoke as he ruthlessly criticized those who had abused Johnny Walker.
It’s great to see the fighters and their opponents extending support for him, which shows the good and bad sides of social media for fighters who put their bodies and lives first.
Johnny Walker speak “ I played really well against him in the first round with kicks and I went towards the punch he threw and was knocked down. But what bothers me is that people don’t care about the boxer’s health, they only care about the pictures and the mockery.”
He continued, “What annoyed me was that people were texting me and commenting on jokes. It’s like I’ve been working so hard to put on a show for the fans and they’re just joking. I spent hours in the hospital doing brain scanss and everything but now I’m fine. “
It’s good to know that Johnny Walker suffered a serious post-fight injury but the situation surrounding fan toxicity must surely change as the boxers train so hard and dedicate themselves to the fans and certainly certainly worthy of respect.
