The NBA is back with a leaderboard loaded on Wednesday and I feel good going into these games because we’re 5-2 in The NBA’s Best Betting Section of the Last Two Nights.
Tonight, I’m excited for some player props that we can get at plus odds at WynnBET Sportsbook, as well as two street dogs that have done well to combat the contagion this season.
With 13 games to watch, we could soak up some NBA games tonight, but here are four of my favorite picks for tonight’s games.
All allowed odds of WynnBET Sportsbook.
Memphis Grizzlies vs. Milwaukee Bucks: Grizzlies +6.5 (-110)
Memphis Grizzlies are one of the hottest teams in the NBA, but they’ll have to head to Milwaukee to face the defending champions on Wednesday night.
The Milwaukee Bucks are hoping to bring Jrue Holiday (ankle, problem) back into the lineup on Wednesday, as the team slipped late in the hour, losing four of its last five games.
The Grizzlies are an elite team 30-16 over this season, and they are even better on the road, going 15-5 this season.
Ja Morant and company have won 12 of their last 13 games, and they have also won 11 of those 13.
Holiday’s return could be huge for the Bucks, especially on the defensive side, but it’s no secret that Milwaukee hasn’t looked great lately. The team took a 17-point lead against the Atlanta Hawks on Monday, marking the first time all season the Bucks have lost after taking the lead late in the third quarter.
I’m surprised we get the Grizzlies in this number based on their recent game, and although Milwaukee is ninth in offensive ratings and seventh in defensive ratings, Memphis is seventh and fifth. nine of the respective statistics.
Talk about symmetry.
This must be a great game, but I’ll return the Grizzlies with points to keep the ATS hot.
Oklahoma City Thunder vs San Antonio Spurs: Thunder +7.5 (-110)
The Oklahoma City Thunder have only 14 wins in the 2021-22 season, but they’re already one of the The best teams to bet on in the NBA this season.
OKC has an impressive 28-14-1 to the spread (covered at 66.7 percent clip) this season, and it’s just as impressive as a bot laner (14-7 ATS) .
Spurs are undoubtedly the favorites at home this season (6-3 ATS), so one of these trends is set to change on Wednesday night.
The Spurs will try to push the pace (5th in the NBA for speed), but the Thunder have defended well this season, finishing 15th in defensive ratings for the season.
I think these are a few points too much for an OKC team to nearly let down the Dallas Mavericks on Monday.
Robert Williams OVER 10.5 Spins (+105)
Robert Williams is averaging 9.2 rebounds per game this season, but he’s been one of Boston’s best players all season.
The Celtics big man is averaging 11.2 rebounds per game in his last 12 games, and he’s surpassed that number in eight of those 12 games.
Not only that, Williams and Boston Celtics are facing Charlotte Hornets, who ranks 29th in the NBA in terms of recovery rate this season. With Charlotte playing at such a fast pace, this is a game that should have plenty of assets for Williams to be able to rack up rebounds.
Dejounte Murray OVER 20.5 points (+100)
I think we’re getting some value from Dejounte Murray here, as he’s only scored 18 points in each of his last two games.
Before that, however, Murray had scored 22 or more points in five of six games, and the fact that he’s +100 in this position is too good to pass up. The Spurs keeper is still taking 20.9 shots per game since coming off the COVID-19 roster.
I also don’t hate having Murray lead this game in terms of scores, since it’s basically a match between him and Shai Gilgeous-Alexander. Remember something Spurs have scored in 15 of 21 home games This season, Murray should have many chances to score tonight.
