My ‘600-Lb. Life’s Star Destinee LaShaee Is Dead At 30!!

Destinee LaShaee was the first transgender star of TLC’s My 600-Lb. Life died at the age of 30.

Her brother Wayne Compton confirmed the news.

“No no no, I’m sorry brother, I accept you for who you are,” Wayne wrote in a public Facebook post. “I accept any flaws that come your way, I’m sorry you feel lonely, I’m sorry you feel you don’t have anyone else to change, I’m sorry you feel you have no other choice. Fate doesn’t want this, god why take my brothers away, how much do I get?”

Destinee appeared on season 7 of the show in 2019. She told the camera that she was so big and depressed she couldn’t visit her friends and family.

“I just lie here all day and wait for food. I don’t see any of my family and friends, unless they come see me,” Destinee said at the time. “I feel like all I’m constantly doing is trying to get out of the depression and pain at this point. Food is the only thing I can do. I can feel it killing me. me.”
