MLB The Show 22 features over 150 legends including Randy Johnson

PlayStation has announced that baseball sim MLB The Show 22 will feature over 150 playable Legends. That roster of legends includes previously confirmed “The Big Unit” Randy Johnson and “The Big Piece” Ryan Howard.
MLB The Show 22’s Legends series will be stacked when the game releases on April 5th on PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S and Nintendo Switch. In addition to the previously announced addition of Randy Johnson and Ryan Howard , Sony San Diego Studio has confirmed that The D-Train launcher Dontrelle Willis will be starring in the game’s online Diamond Dynasties mode.
PlayStation has released a short teaser trailer on Twitter showing a selection of the baseball legends that will be starring in MLB The Show 22. Take a look at the video below to see if you recognize any of them. We’ve at least spotted who Justin Morneau appears to be in the trailer.
When MLB The Show 22 finally releases across all platforms listed above, we’ll find out exactly what Legends are in the game. For now, though, we do know that the series’ iconic commentary team has changed, with Jon “Boog” Sciambi and Chris Singleton taking over from Matt Vasgersian (who’s been providing his commentary since MLB 06: The Show).
