MLB hates corn and good marketing, abolishes Field of Dreams
MLB has officially announced disappointing news. They will not bring the Field of Dreams 2023 game back to Dyersville.
Former MLB first baseman and current field of dreams Owner Frank Thomas announced that the game Field of Dreams will not be returning to Dyersville, IA in 2023 because of construction site construction. The actual Field of Dreams site will never be the original even after construction is complete.
The game is a new tradition that began in 2021 with the Chicago White Sox and the New York Yankees.
The game is nostalgic for many fans of the original Field of Dreams film and is highly anticipated since MLB hosted the game for the first time.
While it’s disappointing that there likely won’t be a game in 2023, and if so it certainly won’t be on the movie side, the game is still expected in 2022 with some unique twists.
