Delegates have located the vehicle of a missing person Florida the woman almost a month after her sudden disappearance.
The Seminole County Sheriff’s Office shared this update on Facebook, along with the news that human remains were also discovered near the vehicle.
The Orange County Medical Examiner’s Office An autopsy is currently underway to determine the cause of death and the identity of the deceased.
The Seminole County Sheriff’s Office began investigating Noppinger’s disappearance around March 11, and officially declared her missing on March 15.
Her family reported her missing after two weeks of no word from Noppinger, according to the family Facebook post.
Family members revealed that Noppoinger left her father’s house on February 25 and went to work at Texas Roadhouse.
She was then seen at around 8 a.m. the next morning leaving the Walmart.
Surveillance video from that day shows her wearing an old Navy red hoodie and jeans. She also carries an orange purse.
According to Seminole County Sheriff’s Officethat image was taken at the shell terminal around 6:30am
Noppinger appears to be alone in the video.
Those were the last sightings of Noppinger, whose phone was also off the day she went missing.
A Facebook post shared by Noppinger’s sister Elizabeth suggests that the family fears the worst.
Elizabeth writes on Facebook after learning her sister’s car was discovered by deputies. She then included a broken heart emoji in her post.
Elizabeth and Noppinger’s other sister, Monica Thompsonurged people to watch their sister every few days since March 13.
Friends also tried their best to speak, with Jennifer Joy Merrill write on Facebook:
I honestly [sic] starting to worry because it’s been so long since she had an MIA like this!
Her father sent the police everywhere to collect information, they came to my house last night to ask if I had seen her.
SO THIS HAS BEEN SERIOUS AND WE ALL LOVE ABD MISS HER AND NEED TO FIND HIM PLEASE HELP… ..
NO ONE would ever expect this to happen to them… and this is serious…
It was announced As soon as Noppinger’s vehicle is discovered, the Orange County Sheriff’s Office will receive the case from Seminole County due to the vehicle’s location.
The Orange County Sheriff’s Office does not consider this a homicide investigation. A spokesman said on Wednesday that there was “no sign of foul play. ”
That may change depending on the medical examiner’s report.
Investigators are now trying to determine how long the vehicle was parked in the lot.
The restaurant where delegates discovered Noppinger’s car is located 21 kilometers from Walmart on State 408 Road.
