Police claim the 59-year-old waited outside Melbourne pubs and clubs to chase drunk women.
In June, a Southbank woman was picked up and De Luise allegedly began masturbating in front of her, the court heard.
In September, he reportedly picked up a woman outside the Richmond Public House after her partner ordered her an Uber.
He stopped his black ute nearby and allegedly raped her while she was in the back seat.
The victim filmed the alleged attack on her cell phone and turned it over to the police.
It is alleged that De Luise groped another victim before letting her out at a McDonald’s in Braunschweig.
De Luise denies the allegations.
He will be tried again in March.
