Mavericks vs. Nuggets: How to watch live stream, TV channel, NBA start time

Who’s playing?

Denver @ Dallas

Current record: Denver 9-4; Dallas 8-4

What to know

After two games on the road, the Dallas Mavericks are heading home. They’ll be boarding a Denver Nuggets flight at 8 p.m. ET Monday at the American Airlines Center after a few days off. Expect the goalie to be busy: if their previous games are any indication, Dallas and Denver will really lighten the scoreboard.

While not a landslide, the Mavericks vs. San Antonio Spurs showdown last Friday was still a pretty decisive one as Dallas ended it with a 123-109 win on the road. It’s been another big night for Dallas’ point guard Luka Doncic, who shot 6 to 13 from outside the arc and finished with a triple double with 32 points, 15 dimes and 12 pounds. It was Doncic’s first double of the season.

Meanwhile, the Portland Trail Blazers usually have the answer at home, but on Sunday, Denver proved to be too much of a challenge. The Nuggets made the Trail Blazers easy and won 124-95. Downtown of Denver Nikola Jokic did his thing and had 28 points and 9 assists along with 9 rebounds.

The Mavericks are the favorites in this matchup, with an expected win rate of 4.5 points. Those lucky enough to join them against the spread last Friday may want to stop betting this time as the team has yet to string consecutive wins with the spread.

Dallas was crushed 106-75 by Denver in the teams’ pre-meeting last month. Maybe Dallas will have more luck at home instead of on the street? Watch the game and check back on CBS Sports for all the details.
