Man shot to death in San Bernardino – San Bernardino Sun

The San Bernardino Police Department said an unconscious man was fatally shot in San Bernardino early Saturday morning, January 15.

The man was found by a resident around 4:26 a.m. at the 700 block of North Mt. Vernon and they called authorities for a welfare check, police said in a statement Monday. Officers found 35-year-old Christopher Lee Swayzer with multiple gunshot wounds and he was pronounced dead at the scene, authorities said.

Detectives are working to identify a suspect in the murder and determine a possible motive, police said.
