Man shot backwards in Southwest Baltimore – CBS Baltimore

BALTIMORE (WJZ) – Police say a man was shot Friday night in Southwest Baltimore.
Officers responded at 8:37 p.m. at the 3100 block of Frederick Avenue for discharge. There, they found evidence of a shooting, but no sign of a victim.

Police said a short time later, a call came in to a 35-year-old shooting victim who had just entered an area hospital. Investigators believe he is the man who was shot on Frederick Avenue.

The victim’s injuries are not life-threatening. It was the latest in a string of shootings across the city on Friday that left six people injured and one dead.
