The shooting happened around 10 a.m. Thursday near Seventh Avenue and Northwest 103rd Street.

“He came back from the post office about five blocks from here,” said a lawyer at the ticket office. “Someone ran a stop sign and they got into an argument. The guy just got a gun and started shooting.”

“He’s been shot about five times before so he’s a pretty strong person,” said one woman, “so I’m pretty sure he’s going to make it and he’ll be fine, but I have no idea how bad.” it is is I have to see him at the doctor.”

The shooter remains at large.
