Maksim Chmerkovskiy gives fans insight into “Meditation Spot”

Maksim Chmerkovskiy shares with fans his “heaven on earth” where he spends time alone.

Meditation — the practice in which a person focuses their mind on a specific object, thought, or activity to direct attention and awareness — is one of the many techniques used by the professional dancer to accomplish such feats. He recently unveiled his favorite “drug place” and is selling its unique qualities well.

If fans wanted to get a glimpse of the former Dancing With the Stars contestant’s safe haven, i.e. He shared a clip on his IG Story showing the beautiful spot on his way back to Napa.

“I’m driving to the airport, back to Napa, and I want to show you my favorite meditation spot,” the father of three said, just before moving the device to show the secluded area. One look at this remarkable site revealed that it was overgrown with grass and overlooked a vast ocean.

The 43-year-old said the memorial site is “on the Cayon Cayon side.” Afterwards, Chmerkovskiy continued: “Usually you see the sea, but every morning it’s like an amazing cloudy place.”

“It’s like I’m in the cloud and for me it’s the best way to stay here, think and start my day,” he added. Closing the post, he said, “This is a great moment in my everyday life that no one really knows about.”

Speaking of Napa trips, the Latin Ballroom champion previously poked fun at his wife Peta Murgatroyd’s intense feelings when he had to leave the house. At this point his wife, also a professional dancer, was only a few weeks away from giving birth to their second son, Rio John.

The Ukrainian native posted a picture of them snogging while their first child, Shai Aleksander, smiled for the camera. He slipped into a black and white plaid pack shirt over a black polo shirt and matching trousers and shoes. The six-year-old was wearing a white crew-neck shirt and beige pants.

Meanwhile, Murgatroyd wore a more comfortable off-duty outfit consisting of a black plunging top, gray sweatpants and a pair of Ugg slippers.

In the caption of the post, the choreographer announced that he was attending Tech Week in Napa. Afterward, he noted that the little one was “left to hold it tight” while he was away — a task he claims the little one “takes literally by holding mom’s tummy.”

He later revealed his partner cried as he left and even poked fun at Murgatroyd getting tears in his eyes while shopping. “@petamurgatroyd is in tears. As usual. Sometimes she sheds tears when I go shopping so it’s a big deal 😢,” wrote Chmerkovskiy.

Finally, he ended the text with his reaction as he left for his Napa trip by writing, “Me: I’m fine! Me too: [sobbing and listening to @sade for the entire 6[-]hour’s drive], [followed by three crying emoticons.]

The ballroom dancer is loving his latest role as a dad

No one has been looking forward to fathering two more than Chmerkovskiy since his wife gave birth to Rio on June 18, coinciding with this year’s Father’s Day. He revealed a photo with his two children. The newborn slept in his father’s arms while his big brother looked on.

Like his father, the first grader wore no shirt, but he covered his buttocks with brightly colored shorts. In the picture, he rested his head on his father’s arm and lightly touched Rio’s body with his right hand.

The dance teacher covered his abdomen with a white blanket and his bare chest with a white blanket with blue and red stripes. The picture showed him smiling. The caption read: “New favorite pic of all time! father of two children. Est 2017” and “#MadeInPeta” in reference to his wife of five years.
