Mad World’s early bird release is beset with bugs, cash shop currency delays, and emergency maintenance

Last week we saw the “hell made” multiplayer ARPG Crazy world Start launch for those who signed up for the game ahead of its scheduled April 27 launch. Of course, that means it’s time to see how Jandisoft has been behaving over the past few days, and the answer might not inspire much confidence in those waiting for the game.
The Korean studio compiled a list of known issues over the past weekend, which include the odd display of Russian and English text, a healing skill that doesn’t actually heal characters, and perhaps more worryingly, players not receiving the cash shop currency they’ve purchased . And although this issue has reportedly been fixed, players on the official discord are still reporting that the issue persists in some cases.
The ARPG has also entered emergency maintenance a few times to fix bugs and improve server stability, while bug reports still flow through Discord’s general discussion channel, including a full PC crash for one player, the inability to junk items to remove another and some loading errors. Overall, this looks like a pretty bumpy ride for those who’ve bought in.
