Lost Ark protects its market from gold farmers and casts The Witchers’ Geralt into oblivion

After over a month in game, Lost Ark bids farewell to his odd pairing with The Witcher and send poor Geralt west.

This “magical crossover event” as presented featured a collaboration between the two franchises with a new story, events, and cosmetics. However, the collaboration has now ended and the associated special quests have been completed.

Today’s patch also made a significant change to the market, presumably to prevent gold farming accounts from messing up the economy: “Players who don’t have a character on their roster that is item level 1375 or higher will be prevented from purchasing any tradeskill materials on the to sell market.”
