Longtime WWE Employee Leaving the Company, Austin Theory / Corey Graves

A longtime employee has left the company.

Scott Aycock, who has worked in security at WWE since 2004, left the company earlier this week. As of this writing, no news if he was booked at a RAW TV taping a few weeks ago where a fan attacked Seth Rollins. It should also be noted that there are some conflicting reports as to whether he was fired from the company or retired.

Aycock took to his LinkedIn page and commented on his passing, saying:

“I will end one big chapter and start another. This November marks the end of my wonderful career with World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE) after 17 years. The memories will last forever and the friendship will stay in my heart forever. Some wonderful, hard-working people I’ve been fortunate to get to know. God Bless you all, I will see you on the streets.”

WWE superstar Austin Theory is a featured guest on this week’s “WWE After the Bell with Corey Graves” podcast. You can listen to the show at this link.

WWE will host a live event at the Bert Ogden Arena in Edinburg, Texas tomorrow night. Another WWE live event will take place Sunday from the Bank of America Center in Corpus Christi, TX. The following matches are being advertised for both shows:

* Roman Reigns & The Usos vs. Drew McIntyre & The New Day

* RAW Women’s Championship: Becky Lynch (c) vs. Bianca Belair
* SmackDown Women’s Championship: Charlotte Flair (c) vs. Sasha Banks
