But now the Good as Hell singer has announced three additional solo arena shows – at RAC Arena in Perth, Rod Laver Arena in Melbourne and Qudos Bank Arena in Sydney.
In a video shared to her Instagram Stories on Wednesday, Lizzo announced, “Aussies… I’m coming to Australia and New Zealand!”
“That’s right, the Special Tour is coming to Australia and New Zealand and I’m so damn excited.
“I missed you guys so much.
“I can’t wait to see you all again.”
Lizzo was last in Australia in 2020 playing sold out shows at the Sydney Opera House and The Forum in Melbourne.
This time around, Lizzo is joined by Zimbabwe-born Australian rapper Tkay Maidza.
On Wednesday, Maidza took to TikTok and excitedly announced, “You know what? I just found out I’m on tour with Lizzo!”
When the tour dates were announced on Live Nation Australia’s Instagram page, fans went wild.
“Yeeowwww damn it,” wrote one fan.
Others were devastated, there was no Queensland data.
“PLEASE ADD BRISBANE,” asked one fan.
“Um, where’s Queensland?” wondered another.
“No Queensland WTH,” grumbled a third.
