The “Let’s Go Brandon” chants echoing in stadiums, concerts and pretty much every other public venue in 2021 were perhaps the best part of this year.
The phrase, a dig at Biden and the media, was a great way to poke fun at the corrupt and lying elites in a family-friendly way, while showing utter contempt for Biden himself.
Over time, however, the singing fades. Whether because the cold was putting an end to the public events where it was most popular, or because people just got sick of it, there have been fewer and fewer videos of crowds joining in the hilarious chanting of late, despite Biden in his made mistake after mistake year-long presidency train wreck.
Well, the vocals might finally be back. Kid Rock, who recently told Tucker Carlson that he was “indissoluble,” poked fun at Biden and did so through a chant at his Nashville bar and restaurant, the “Big Ass Honky Tonk.”
“Because I don’t give a shit. At the end of the day, I’m not in bed with any big corporate stuff. I have no one to whom I am obligated – no record companies, no corporate interests, nothing. You can’t fire me. I love it when they try.”
He will need it too. While the Nashville crowd in general seemed willing to sing along and sing along, his new song “We the People” is so anti-Biden and anti-Fauci that it will draw the wrath of Cancel culture bullies.
For example, at one point in the song, Rock sings “‘Wear your mask, take your pills, now a whole generation is mentally ill. Man, fuck Fauci. Also, the song’s chorus includes the chant “Let’s Go Brandon.”
