Bel’Veth’s true power has finally been revealed. Riot Games revealed the latest League of Legends on Tuesday, the champion’s full gear, including her transforming ultimate that reveals her more monstrous form.
Most of Bel’Veth’s gear focuses on attack speed, including the fact that hers scale infinitely. Each time Bel’Veth kills an enemy champion or large neutral monster, she gains bonus attack speed without cap. Most of her abilities have a shorter cooldown the higher her attack speed, but she can also deal some extra true damage when attacking a single enemy champion.
The real star of Bel’Veth’s gear, of course, is her ultimate, which allows her to transform into her true form as a massive void creature and shed her humanlike disguise. Bel’Veth can only transform if she has a piece of Void Coral, which she can obtain by killing enemy champions or large neutral targets. Her true form grants her a variety of buffs, including increased health, movement speed, and attack speed.
Bel’Veth will be published on League of Legends‘s Public Beta Environment some time over the next few days, then into the live game two weeks later. Until then, here’s a full rundown of all her abilities:
Complete Bel’Veth Ability Kit
Passive – Death in Lavender
After using an ability, Bel’Veth’s next 2 attacks have increased attack speed. In addition, whenever she defeats a large monster or champion, Bel’Veth permanently gains bonus attack speed in the form of Lavender Stacks. Bel’Veth attacks faster than normal and has no attack speed cap, but her attacks and hit effects deal less damage and she gains no attack speed as she levels up.
Q – Void Surge
Bel’Veth charges in one of four directions, dealing damage and applying on-hit effects to all enemies she passes through. Each direction has its own unique cooldown that scales with attack speed.
W – death from above
Bel’Veth swoops down with her tail, dealing damage, knocking them up and slowing enemies hit. Hitting an enemy champion reduces this ability Q – Void SurgeCooldown of sprinting in the direction of the champion hit.
E – Royal Maelstrom
Bel’Veth channels a storm of slams around him, dealing damage reduction and increased lifesteal. Each slash hits the lowest health enemy in their Maelstrom, dealing more damage the more health they are missing. The number of slams scales with their attack speed.
R – Endless Banquet
passive: Every other attack against the same target deals additional true damage that stacks indefinitely. Takedowns against epic monsters and champions drop a piece of Void Coral. Epic Void monsters like the Rift Herlad and Baron Nashor drop special, emptier Void Corals.
active: Bel’Veth consumes a piece of Void Coral and explodes, slowing and dealing true damage to nearby enemies based on their missing health. After consuming Void Coral, Bel’Veth temporarily transforms into her true form. Consuming void coral left behind by epic void monsters (Rift Herald and Baron Nashor) grants Bel’Veth her truthfulness for a longer duration and causes minions who die in her presence to be reborn as loyal voidlings will.
true form: When Bel’Veth unleashes her true form, she gains increased maximum health, out-of-combat movement speed, attack range, and overall attack speed. While in her True From, she also gains the ability to run through walls with her Q – Void Surge.
