Leaderboard: Valve’s on-the-go Steam Deck launches February 25 – will you buy it?

Get ready to never leave the couch again because Steam’s handheld gaming PC is less than a month away from release. Valve announced this week that the Steam Deck will release on February 25, with players able to deposit $5 now to pre-order their unit.

“On February 25, we will be sending out the first batch of pre-order emails to those who pre-order,” Valve said. “Customers will have three days (72 hours) from receiving an order email to make a purchase, before their reservation is passed on to the next person in the queue. The first units will arrive to customers starting on the 28th, and we plan to release new batches of order emails on a weekly basis. ”

The Steam Deck will come in three versions: a 64GB Basic Edition for $400, a 256GB version for $529, and “why don’t I buy a desktop at this point” 512GB version with price 650 dollars. So the only question left is… would you buy one?
