Baltimore Ravens defender Lamar Jackson certainly doesn’t want to hear from you about transferring Marquise Brown to another team.

While it’s likely some fans of the Kansas City Captain would like to have Marquise Brown on their favorite team roster, there are some in Baltimore who don’t want to see Brown leave. Baltimore Raven.

Turns out, Raven’s starting quarterback likes to have Brown on his team. He doesn’t want to see Brown play for anyone else. If you even speculate from afar the possibility of Kansas City (who just converted Tireek Hill to the Miami Dolphins in exchange for tons of draft picks) trading for Brown, you’ll likely get a response from Jackson.

The Baltimore defender took a moment on Wednesday to respond definitively to ESPN’s Bill Barnwell, to ensure that thought would be quashed immediately.

Who can blame Jackson?

Brown is a very solid and very reliable receiver and there is absolutely no guarantee that Baltimore will easily replace him. While there are other recipients Raven could try to sign or draft, Baltimore already has Brown on its list. Unless it’s necessary to trade him off, that seems like a no-brainer for Baltimore.

The 24-year-old just finished his third year in the NFL. In 2021 season, Brown caught 91 1,008-foot passes and six touchdowns. So far in his career, Brown has caught 195 passes, 2,361 yards long and 21 touchdowns.
