Washington’s playoff hopes appear to be over, but can the Wizards spark a win tonight?

It took three Russell Westbrook for the Lakers to win last night. That’s how desperate they are. Los Angeles could have won, but I’m not sure they can do it for the second night in a row. The last time these teams played, LA needed a 50 shot from LeBron James to get the win. Asking him to get 50 on a nightly basis is absurd and I don’t see it happening again.

Washington isn’t great either, so I wouldn’t rule out a close game, but hard to follow. In the last 10 matches, Wizards have a real index of -3.2. It was 24th in the league. Lakers ratings in -2.6. It was 22nd in the league.

Both of these teams are mediocre, making the choice of settlement or moneyline untraceable. I’ll bet on both finding some success against a lousy defense and clearing the total.
