Both the Los Angeles Lakers and Portland Trail Blazers are experiencing lousy losses. The Lakers were knocked down by the Milwaukee Bucks and the Blazers were beaten at home by the Orlando Magic. Portland doesn’t have a full lineup after trading CJ McCollum earlier in the morning, and the Lakers are still dealing with the Russell Westbrook issue.
Tonight, the two will try each other again. Both teams have a losing record in the second head-to-head night, so who will come back and win.
Here are the odds for the last match WynnBET.
The Lakers have not excelled in this position this season. In six games with at least 8 points, they are 2-4 ATS – despite going 5-1 straight. Los Angeles is about to experience a bad game against the Bucks and must now go on for a second night of finals. However, I cannot trust this Blazers team to be competitive right now.
Portland will still have a short rotation as the players they have traded with are yet to be featured. The Blazers made a nine-man rotation last night, but it’s really eight when you consider Keljin Blevins only played 10 minutes. They were overtaken by the Orlando Magic. I don’t see how they can handle LeBron James and Anthony Davis.
While I do have some concerns about the Lakers, who often can’t be separated from teams, here’s an example where I feel they’ll have to try in the game and figure that out.
Lean: Lakers -8 (-110)
