The Los Angeles Lakers will try to bounce back and get their second win in their trip to Cleveland tonight. The Lakers were about to lose to the Washington Wizards, bringing them down 30-41. The Lakers’ continued slide in the Western Conference rankings is unsettling and makes every win that much more important.
With the Cavaliers trying to avoid the play-in, can the Lakers get past them and win?
Here are the odds for the last match WynnBET.
Since the All-Star break, the Lakers have only won games where LeBron James scored 50 points or Russell Westbrook hit three. It’s hard to build your success on that, especially when you’re on the road to playing for a tough team in the Cavaliers.
Los Angeles just lost to the Wizards. Its defense is brutal. In March, the Lakers were 27th in defensive ratings. The only teams that are worse than them are the Wizards, Blazers, and Thunder. They won’t stand a chance to stop Darius Garland and the Cavaliers.
Cleveland has struggled to get the same wins as it did at the start of the season, but they’re still the more all-around team. Los Angeles will have to play above normal to keep up with Cleveland, and I don’t think it will get the job done.
Lean: Cavaliers -5.5 (-110)
