The band resumed its foreign tour on Friday, September 8, in Antwerp, Belgium, after the rock band initially postponed three shows.

To mark his return, Barker shared several photos from Belgium on his Instagram Stories. He also shared a video of a fan holding a sign that reads, “Can I have a drumstick?”

In the clip, the drummer then walked out with a pair of drumsticks in hand and gave them to the emotional fan before the two shared a brief hug. Captioning the video, he wrote: “1. Day of the tour”.

However, the rocker and his wife Kardashian did not provide any specific information about the emergency at this time. However, the expectant mother revealed in a September 6 Instagram post that she needed to undergo “urgent fetal surgery” to save the life of her unborn baby boy.

She shared a black and white picture of herself from the medical facility. In the picture, the “Poosh” founder was seen lying on the hospital bed holding hands with her husband. In the accompanying caption, Kardashian thanked her loved ones for their support along with the doctors who saved her unborn child.

She wrote: “I will forever be grateful to my incredible doctors for saving our baby’s life.” I am forever grateful to my husband, who rushed to my side after the tour to accompany me at the hospital and take care of me afterwards to take care of me, my rock.”

She went on to say that she was unprepared for the horror that gripped her this time because her previous pregnancies were “really easy.” Kardashian also expressed her respect for mothers who fought for their babies. She concluded, “Leaving the hospital with my little boy in my stomach and safe was the truest blessing.”

On the other hand, the “Blink-182” drummer shared his own thank you message on Twitter. He tweeted: “God is great. I flew home for life-threatening emergency surgery on our baby, which I’m thankful went well. I would like to thank you for the support. The tour continues on Friday.”

Kardashian relied on biblical scriptures after a horrific fetal surgery

After the scary incident the reality TV star experienced during her pregnancy, she seemingly turned to God for encouragement. The California native shared several Bible verses on her Instagram story. The scriptures included words from John 15:5, Ephesians 6:10, and Genesis 1:26-27.

Part of the excerpt she posted addressed people as God’s image bearers who should often rely on him. The frightened writing read: “However, I love you too much to deprive you of the godlike privilege I have bestowed on you as my own image.” Use your freedom wisely by continually relying on me. So you enjoy my presence and my peace.”

Another Bible verse seemed to suggest that the Poosh founder could not have overcome her medical hardships without divine intervention. A portion of John 15:5 that she published read: “If a man abide in me, and I in him, he shall bear much fruit; There’s nothing you can do except for me.”

Additionally, the divine words from Ephesians 6:10 are, “Be strong in the Lord and in his power.” It seemed that these powerful reminders of God reflected Kardashian’s appreciation for the successful fetal surgery that saved her unborn son’s life.
