Knicks, Mavericks fighting for a spot for Bulls Zach LaVine

The Chicago Bulls have been ordinary this season, to say the least — they currently sit 10th in the Eastern Conference with just 19 wins and 23 losses. Their unequal team balance and lack of mutual understanding are reasons for their bad gameplay.

While the Bulls didn’t live up to their true potential, Zach LaVine did an excellent job throughout the season in helping his team to crucial victories. Of the 42 games the Bulls played, Zach featured in 38, contributing an average of 23.8 points, 4.4 rebounds, 4.2 assists and a steal in every game.

LaVine’s stats may impress many fans, but some folks in the Bulls’ camp would want to see Zach’s back. So far, the Chicago shooting guard has been involved in several beef pieces, including his relationship with trainer Billy Donovan.

While the player doesn’t have the best relationship with his teammates and coach, other teams would be watching the player and waiting to get an opportunity to onboard him. Though several franchises are interested in the Guard, no other team comes close to the Knicks and the Mavericks.

Why are the Knicks and Mavericks interested in Zach LaVine?

First off, Zach Lavine is an immensely talented player. Also, despite being 27 years old now, he has played 516 games over nine seasons. His guarding experience will certainly help teams like the Knicks and Mavericks.

Speaking of guards, both the Knicks and Mavericks have each won 23 games of their 42 encounters thanks to the efforts of shooting guards Jalen Burnson and Luka Doncic. While both teams’ guards are in incredible form, they could be more effective if backed by someone like Zach LaVine.

On the other hand, the Knicks and Mavericks guards won’t always stay fit, so LaVine will certainly increase their bench strength with these teams.

After all, Zach is in good shape, so other teams like the Lakers would also be interested in signing the player. Most teams want LaVine on their rosters, so the Knicks and Mavericks shouldn’t miss this opportunity to bring the guard on board.
