Kevin Durant throws shade at KAT for ‘best shooting man’ claim

While Karl-Anthony Towns may believe he’s the greatest man shooter ever, Kevin Durant won’t let that comment slip.

Karl-Anthony Towns raised an eyebrow as he called himself the greatest gunman of all time. Serious? While Towns is a great talent and can drill shots from all over the hardwood, brooklyn network star Kevin Durant disagree with him.

In fact, Durant called KAT out, saying there was no way he owned that honor. Instead, Durant said he would go with Dirk Nowitzki. A lot of people agree with Durant’s choice.

Durant didn’t think twice about his decision. It’s hard to argue with him, as Nowitzki is going to be one of the best marksmen of his generation. Despite being a seven-legged man, Nowitzki excelled in the outer ring. You would expect him to be able to get off the low side with his amazing height, but Nowitzki was born to drill spiked balls.

Nowitzki was a 14-time All-Star, averaging 20.7 career points. No Dallas Mavericks fan can forget when he helped the team win the NBA Finals against LeBron James and the Miami Heat. Nowitzki was emotional after winning that title and rightfully so.

Soon, Nowitzki will be inducted into the Hall of Fame. Towns got off to a great start to his career, but he’s not like Nowitzki right now. This is something Durant knows all too well.

Towns is at the peak of his career and could finally win an NBA Finals one day. However, in terms of the greatest man shooter of all time, he needs to think twice before continuing to say it’s him. Kevin Durant throws shade at KAT for ‘best shooting man’ claim
