Keith Lee on whether he’s “bitter” about the WWE release

Keith Lee dismissed the notion that he was “bitter” after his release from WWE.

As we have noted, Lee confirmed that he will change his outfit within during his post-WWE career, tweeting a photo from his last appearance in WWE.

Last moments… .RIP on that single. It will be interesting to see what the future holds.

One fan reacting to Lee felt that the former NXT champion sounded “bitter” after being dropped by the world’s No. 1 professional wrestling organization.

In his response, Lee wrote:

Lol… this makes me laugh. It’s clear that you’re intentionally ignorant, or just plain stupid.

I am far from bitter. I’m so grateful. And nothing in this tweet says anything bitter. It’s merely saying goodbye to a single and looking to the future.

Introverted.

Lee struggled without a single for most of his career, including his days at NXT. However, his ring outfit was changed in the main roster because Vince McMahon is said to want to change Lee’s appearance.

Lee is among the 18 Superstars released by WWE earlier this month. He is currently serving his 90-day no-match clause.
