Karl Stefanovic is under investigation by police for allegedly ‘assaulting’ at a cancer charity gala
Media personality Karl Stefanovic is under investigation by police for allegedly touching a waiter at a charity event.
Stefanovic, 48, is accused of touching the male waiter at Brisbane’s The Six-Hour Project cancer gala in August, The Courier-Mail first reported.
A Queensland Police spokesman confirmed an investigation was ongoing.

“Queensland Police are investigating a report of a man’s alleged attack on a shop in Newstead during an event on Saturday August 20,” a spokesman said.
“As the investigation is ongoing, it would be inappropriate to comment further.”
Stefanovic and the Nine Network have yet to respond to a request for comment.
