Kanye West Debuts Donda 2 as an Independent Artist

Kanye West is said to be releasing Donda 2 as an independent artist says Wack 100.

“[Kanye’s] Definitely independent. He’s definitely watching what I’m doing and he’s flying in the air. He’s working on Donda 2. He’s got a great team there with him. He’s flying through the air in the direction he’s going with it,” he told Complex.

“I actually uploaded it through my TuneCore account, probably at 6:30 that morning,” he continued. “Hopefully it caught their attention, I blocked it for everyone but Spotify. I called TuneCore and for 24 hours I only made it available to Spotify and Spotify.”

Last year on Drink Champs, Ye was asked if he would still be in Def Jam.

Ye said “I’m no longer there now,” before starting to talk about his 10 alleged contracts with the agency. Ye said “everyone who’s supposed to be interested in me knows I have 10 contracts” and “one of my skill sets is unreadable, one of my skill sets doesn’t count.”
