Justin Roiland confirmed in assault allegations, will his J

Justin Rolland is off the hook after being accused of domestic violence by an ex-girlfriend. The Rick and Morty Creator spoke out after being confirmed.
Justin Roiland is ‘deeply shocked’
The writer shared his feelings on social media after the domestic violence case against him was dropped. “Justice,” he captioned a screenshot of his detailed account of the incident at hand.
“I always knew these claims were false,” he opened the statement. “I never had any doubts that this day would come. I am grateful that this case was dropped, but at the same time I am still deeply shocked by the horrible lies that were told about me during this trial.”
Roiland’s ex-girlfriend filed documents with the courts in January charging him with felonies of assault in the home and felonies of false imprisonment through threats, violence, fraud and/or deception.
The accuser, known as Jane Doe, claimed the attack took place on or about January 2020. Roiland pleaded not guilty and posted $50,000 bail in August 2020 after being arrested at his home. After pledging, the showrunner was ordered by court order to stay 100 feet from Jane Doe.
Justin Roiland is ‘disappointed’

Roiland’s testimony addressed how quickly friends and colleagues would turn against him without evidence.
“Most of all, I’m disappointed that so many people were so quick to judge without knowing the facts, based solely on the words of a bitter ex who was trying to evade due process and have me ‘quit’.
Roiland was promptly fired from his jobs at Adult Swim and Hulu, which host homes Rick and Morty And Solar Opposites on the latter. At the time of the indictment, Roiland’s attorney was speaking to the Daily Mail regarding his client.
“It’s hard to overstate how inaccurate recent media coverage of this situation has been,” said Edward Welbourn. “To be clear, not only is Justin innocent, but we expect this matter to be dismissed once prosecutors have completed their methodical review of the evidence.”
The lawyer said: “We look forward to clearing Justin’s name and helping him move forward as quickly as possible.”
Justin Roiland moves forward

It looks like Roiland is on a mission to get his jobs back or at least be back on the show he created, Rick and Morty. “With the litigation now complete, I am determined to move on and focus on both my creative projects and restoring my good name,” he summarizes.
Aside from the statement, Roiland has been relatively quiet since the allegations and his fight for “justice” on social media. He has promoted his role as a voice actor on Koala Man and a game his company Squanch Games is making called High On Life, as well as some of the cool effects created around the game.
Luckily for Roiland, some things may just get back to normal for him and his career!
