Jurgen Klopp provides update on Mo Salah’s contract situation


Jurgen Klopp was able to provide a long-awaited update on Mo Salah’s contract situation when he spoke to Sky Sports.

There has been a lot of discussion around the possibility of extending our number 11’s stay at Anfield and many have wanted the club to give him a blank check in exchange for his services.

The German has sat down to discuss where he sees talks currently taking place and Liverpool fans will be interested in hearing his update on the situation.

54 year old man says: “How we see it, we’re having really good conversations – that’s it.

“Honestly, I couldn’t care less when it would happen. I want it to happen but when – I couldn’t care more.

“We’re having fun conversations, that’s it – that’s the answer.”

The phrase ‘when will it happen’ is definitely positive as it sounds like all parties are coming to a conclusion, which all fans have been expecting to hear.

There’s no rush as our King of Egypt has over a year on his current deal but we’ll all be happy to see this fallout is over and see our man sign it. on the dotted line.
