Julie Bishop inspires at Giorgio Armani Fashion Event in Sydney: “You shine!”
Julie Bishop has done it again, wowing her Instagram followers with footage from a recent fashion event in Sydney.
The former politician is known for her love for designer clothes, especially Giorgio Armani.

On Friday, she uploaded pictures from a Giorgio Armani event in Sydney to launch Dijanna Mulhearn’s book Red Carpet Oscars.
Bishop shared a carousel of images to Madonna’s song Vogue, which shows her in a black silk jumpsuit and her signature heels.
In some photos, she posed alongside Channel 7 racer Kate Waterhouse, model Jesinta Franklin and magazine editor Nicky Briger.
The 66-year-old’s flawless look caused admiration among his followers.
“Omg you excite this 50 year old!” wrote one fan.
“Showing women can be intelligent and gorgeous in later years.
“You shine. Keep doing what you are doing and get stronger with each passing year.”
Seven’s former entertainment editor, Nelson Aspen, also weighed in.
“With all this couture, isn’t there a NYC trip coming up soon?” he asked.
“I’m always up for a visit to NYC,” Bishop replied.
“Such a stunning outfit. You look stunned,” gushed one follower.
“Perfect hair, perfect outfit,” wrote another. “Great.”
Bishop has been very busy lately, attending Ed Sheeran and Rod Stewart concerts, speaking at International Women’s Day events and, until recently, maintaining her daily blog.
She was photographed alongside former NSW Prime Minister Gladys Berejiklian at a Carla Zampatti fashion event in Sydney earlier last month.
On this occasion, Bishop wore a Zampatti dress that showed off her lithe figure.
Bishop’s dark blue sleeveless dress had a ruffle on one shoulder and a calf-high slit in the back.
But it was her 5.75-inch platform heels from Aquazurra — which retail for around $1,400 — that really caught the eye.
