Last year, Smith-Schuster founded the company as an unrestricted freelance and received interest from many groups, including captains. In the end, he decided to stay in Pittsburgh on a one-year, $8 million contract.

While Smith-Schuster is back, his season has been cut short. In week 5, Smith-Schuster suffered a shoulder injury that required surgery and forced him to miss the rest of the season. However, he was back in Pittsburgh’s playoffs against Kansas City.

Smith-Schuster was selected by the Steelers in the second round of the 2017 NFL Draft out of Southern California. During his five years with the team, the wide tape recorder recorded 323 hits for 3,855 yards and 26 touches.

Pittsburgh doesn’t just take a wide receiver for free agency. James Washington, a second-round pick in 2018, signed a one-year contract with the Dallas Cowboys.

Whatever the case may be, Smith-Schuster will catch passes from Mahomes, as the Chiefs want to return to the Super Bowl for the third time in four years. JuJu Smith-Schuster’s mother throws shade at Steelers for lack of loyalty
