He continued: “If she feels she is being slandered, perhaps she should at least refrain; in the hope that they will honor the law. Because the injunction is just that, a law. So that would be my suggestion, before you move on just send a cease and desist letter and hope they comply now.

Judge Mathis shared that he had dealt with cases like that of the 41-year-old “quite frequently” he told the reporter, “and as I say to litigants, harming your reputation must be intentional and it must be.” be directed at third party parties, and it must actually damage your reputation.”

He added: “So that’s the problem. Does it actually damage your reputation or give you more fame like our children get in this society?”

When asked if he heard anything Gotti said, the television personality said, “I know some things aren’t flattering,” before adding, “No, I’m not going to repeat it and spread it further.”

During a recent interview with NORE on “Drink Champs,” Gotti admitted to being in love with the star and described how he found out she was dating rapper Nelly. The businessman also claimed to have conceived Ashanti’s 2002 hit song Happy after he had sex with her.

Ashanti did not directly comment on the comments. However, on Monday morning, August 8, the singer took to Twitter, where she wrote: “Morning y’all. She sends out positive vibes and energy,” seemingly confirming that she is aware of recent events.
