After signing with the Miami Marlins, midfielder Jorge Soler thanked the Atlanta Braves fans for their support.
The Atlanta Braves had a rather erratic season after winning the World Series last year. They added players like Matt Olson and Kenley Jansen, but they lost some to the free agency. One of them is Premier League midfielder and World MVP Jorge Soler, who signed a three-year contract with the Miami Marlins.
Days after the news was announced, Soler took the time to send a message to Braves fans on Twitter, thanking them for their support throughout the past year.

Soler was one of many players brought to Atlanta during the trading term due to Ronald Acuña’s end-of-season knee injury. The Braves called the Kansas City Royals to buy Soler, and they completed a deal after agreeing to send right-handed pitcher Kasey Kalich.
In 55 regular-season games with the Braves, Soler hit 0.269 / .358 / .524 while scoring 14 home runs, 33 RBIs and 56 on target. While his regular-season numbers are certainly excellent, Soler has saved the best for the World Series.
Soler secured a home lead for the Braves in Game 1 of the World Series against the Houston Astros. He hit a tackle, winning the home game in Game 4. Then he did. achieve a home run three times in Minute Maid Park in game 6 to help Atlanta win 7-0 and their first World Series title since 1995.
Due in part to three home runs in the Fall Classic, Soler was named World Series MVP.
After the MLB ended, Soler signed a three-year, $36 million contract with the Marlins.
Although he spent less than a season with the Braves, he will forever be remembered for his contributions to helping the team become World Series champions. You have to imagine Soler will receive huge acclaim when he visits Truist Park in 2022.
