Unfortunately, that won’t happen. The past is the biggest indicator of future success. No matter how you slice it, Gregory is unreliable. He’s never played a full season in the NFL before.
Should we root for his long-term success in Dallas? Absolutely, but this move is only aimed at the Cowboys refusing to learn their lesson. Don’t pay good players. This is why they don’t come Super Bowl since the Bill Clinton administration. Only the former Detroit Lions and Washington Commanders have not attended a more recent conference.
