Model Jen Selter got a fit body from hard training at the gym!
The 29-year-old fitness influencer loves posting her workout videos on Instagram, although her videos have become popular with her 13 million+ followers due to the minimal clothing she wears! In one of her latest videos, she worked her glutes while wearing nothing but a thong bikini!

Jen just started a new butt workout with the FitPlan app and isn’t shy about posting her new workout routine on Instagram. In one video clipJen braided her hair back and lay on her yoga mat as she toned her glutes and strong core in a series of exercises using her Jen Selter glute resistance bands. She set the music in the video to Altego’s “Bling Bling.”
“I have to follow you immediately!! It’s not too late to join my new BOOTY camp training program!! Just launched this month on the @fitplan_app,” she wrote in the caption. “Be honest, have you ever regretted your workout? Or just the one you missed?!”
However, fans seemed less interested in the workout and more interested in her glute resistance bands. “Can we buy these tapes?” asked a fan. “Where did you get the tapes from?” Another follower chimed in. “Starting so soon!” Jen replied. “Let us know,” commented a third fan.
“At first I really thought you were wearing slippers. I said ok I can do it,” teased another follower. “I hate missing my training. It’s stressing me out,” commented another fan. “Nice workout Jen! I remember doing that to my knee!!” exclaimed another follower, as fans praised her great workout and “amazing” body!
Of course, Jen doesn’t always wear her bikini to the gym!
In another Instagram In this post, the fitness guru went to the gym to share a series of exercise demonstrations with her Instagram followers. Jen knows exactly how important it is to get her followers motivated to workout, and she did just that in a red short-sleeved crop top and high-waisted leggings that showed off her sun-kissed skin. Jen hit the gym and did a variety of exercises with her own brand of Jen Selter glute resistance bands, which will be available soon.
In the caption, Jen wrote, “Every day is a new opportunity to become the best version of yourself.” Keep pushing, keep striving, and remember the pain of discipline is far less than the pain of regret. Let’s achieve our goals together this week!”
She continued, “Start your free week-long trial and join me on the @fitplan_app where I just started my new workout program.” She finished her caption with the hashtag #MotivationMonday.
“Happy Monday Jen,” one fan commented. “Amazing,” agreed another follower. “Sporty Monday,” wrote a third fan. “Happy Monday beautiful,” shared another follower, as fans showered her post with red heart emojis. Even fitness influencers Avital Cohen hopped onto the post and told her, “Keep up the good work, Queen.”
Jen Selter has a recipe for Tiramisu Overnight Oats!
As well as being a fitness trainer, Jen is also a real foodie who loves to share her recipes with her followers!
In her latest Instagram In the recipe video, Jen showed her followers a step-by-step guide to making Tiramisu Overnight Oats! She listed the ingredients in the caption, but fans will have to watch the 30-second video to find out how it all comes together!
* 1 cup old-fashioned oatmeal or quick oatmeal.
* 1 tablespoon of chia seeds
* 3 tablespoons cocoa or cocoa powder
* 4 tablespoons maple syrup
* 1/2 cup freshly brewed coffee – at room temperature
* 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
* 3/4 cup coconut milk
Though some fans were smitten with her new recipe, others gushed over her outfit, which consisted of a black knit crop top and high-waisted olive-green jeans. One fan called her “so hot,” while another follower called her “such a perfect woman.”
