Jeff Hardy is brought home by WWE after a strange incident at a home show

PWINsider is reporting that Jeff Hardy was not at the Corpus Christi, TX show Sunday night. PWI added that he was sent home and he was replaced by Rey Mysterio.
Hardy last worked at a gig in Edinburg, TX on Saturday night with Xavier Woods and Drew McIntyre as partners on his team against The Bloodline. According to reports, Hardy spent most of the match in the ring and he was tackled by Roman Reigns but he became more sluggish as the match continued.
When Hardy is tagged, he leaves the ring and then goes into the crowd and never returns to celebrate with his tagged teammates after the game is over. Security watched Hardy go in and out of the crowd because it clearly wasn’t planned.
Hardy’s last TV appearance was on SmackDown 11/26, where he teamed up with McIntyre against Happy Corbin and Madcap Moss.
At the time of this writing, there is still no official statement from WWE regarding Hardy’s situation.
Here are some tweets from fans who attended the show in Edinburgh on Saturday night.
