Jaxson Ryker comments on his future after WWE released Wrestling Inc.
Jaxson Ryker took to Twitter to comment on his future after WWE. As stated, he is one of eight wrestlers to be released from WWE on Thursday.
He revealed that he will be doing some indie events and that “Gunner is reborn”.
Before WWE, Jaxson Ryker used to compete in TNA (Impact Wrestling) as an ADC. During his promotion, he was a TNA Television Champion and a TNA World Tag Team Champion alongside James Storm.
“Very excited for the future. Some last Indy, ministry chance, family. God has a purpose. Romans 8:28. Thank you @wwe for 5 happy years. Thank you @wwe universe for love and memory. Gunner is reborn,” Ryker tweeted.
Jaxson Ryker signed with WWE in 2017 and is a member of Forgotten Sons in NXT. The cage made its debut on the WWE main roster in 2020, but after controversial tweets from Ryker, the group has disbanded.
Prior to his WWE debut, he primarily wrestled on the WWE Main Event.
