Jarvis Landry, Wyatt Teller among 8 players added to reserve list / COVID-19 by Cleveland Browns

BEREA, Ohio – Cleveland Browns on Tuesday put eight players on the reserve/COVID-19 roster, including four offensive starters in the Pro Bowl wide receiver Jarvis Landry, attack protection Wyatt Teller, tight end Austin Hooper and settle on the left Jedrick Wills Jr.
Defense is over Takk McKinley, who returns punt JoJo Natson, backup protection Drew Forbes and tight end reservation Ross Travis are also included in the list.
Following Tuesday’s round of audits, the Browns were put on enhanced mitigation protocols by the union, which means all meetings will be conducted virtual. The Browns had an instructional practice session scheduled for Tuesday afternoon.
Start tight David Njoku and linebacker Anthony Walker was put on the bench/COVID-19 last week and missed last Sunday’s 24-22 win Baltimore Raven. They are not activated yet.
Faced with a brief turnaround this week, the Browns may now be without some key players for Saturday’s game against Las Vegas Raiders. Vaccinated players can only return after testing negative 24 hours apart. Unvaccinated players must be on the bench for at least 10 days.
Landry and Hooper lead the Browns with 38 and 33 respectively this season. Both had encounters in the win over Baltimore.
Last month, Teller signed a four-year extension with the Browns worth $56.8 million. Wills, Cleveland’s first-round pick last year, has been a left-hand starter for the past two seasons.
Cleveland (7-6) is fighting for a playoff spot, with the Browns having a 38.1% chance of taking the lead according to ESPN’s Soccer Strength Index.
