Jake Paul could become the greatest boxer in history. The Cleveland-born professional YouTuber has now beaten Tyron Woodley twice in the space of a year. He was called the ‘Problem Kid’ by the boxing world because of his name calling tactics.
During the recent boxing event where Tyron Woodley replaced Tommy Fury after the latter stopped fighting with Jake Paul, Paul was highly rated for taking on the rematch with Tyron Woodley. Paul arrives with an undefeated match in the boxing world. Woodley, on the other hand, entered the game with a losing streak, seeking revenge.
Jake Paul brings the heat on Tyron Woodley after a not-so-attractive performance from the start
Round 1: Woodley rushes into the body behind his high defense. He was very aggressive from a very early age. Paul responded with a stab to the body. Paul took great pains to squeeze the clinch whenever Woodley was in range. Another stab to the torso and a squeeze from Paul. Great stabs to the torso from Paul. This is really a boxing match because the real fight hasn’t happened yet. 10-9 Paul.
Round 2: Paul is right-handed. He used a clean spear to set it up. Paul is also heavily involved in the game as they accept each other. Paul lunged at himself. The clean combination ends with a hook to the body. Woodley responded with a left hook at the exit. Paul squandered the opportunity for a big left hook. They held on until the bell rang. A bit underpowered for Paul but he didn’t make much of an impression, 10-9 (Overall: 20-18).
Round 3: Woodley wasted effort crocheting the three ends of the loop. A clean right cross comes from Paul and a right into the trunk. An accidental elbow strike from Woodley connected and cut Jake’s forehead. Constant bumps from both sides of the action. Paul’s forehead continued to bleed from the beginning of the round. Another round will not end very well. Paul leads with 10-9 (Overall: 30-27).
Round 4: Right hook on Paul’s torso. Woodley clung to Paul but kept up with the hammer blows until they split forcefully. Another sloppy butt ends with Woodley pinning Paul down on the canvas. The referee warned Woodley. Another right hook from Woodley blocked and the struggle continued. The crowd booed the boxers after witnessing such an unattractive performance.
Round 5: The stab to the torso comes from Woodley. Both approach and trade. Too many ‘hugs and kisses’ continue. Paul lost a stunner in the body after facing a short hook from Woodley’s right. Both boxers landed a total of seven punches but Paul did much better to spur action, 10-9.
Round 6: They exchanged body stabs but none of them showed too much commitment. A short hook to the right of Woodley connects on the grappling. And as simple as that, Tyron Woodley was knocked down after a hook straight in the face.
Result: Jake Paul beat Tyron Woodley by KO in game 6.
