“I’ve taken a billion photos today” – When Ronda Rousey slammed Justin Bieber for being rude to her sister during an event in 2015

Ronda Rousey is a former UFC Bantamweight Champion and the youngest judoka in history to compete in the Olympics. After completing her stint in MMA, she transitioned to a professional wrestler, which led to her debut in WWE. Today she’s one of the most successful women on the roster and it’s fair enough to say she deserved it all and made every penny of what she deserves. Rousey has been a mainstream magnet throughout her career, and her bold statements about many people and celebrities have grabbed headlines on multiple occasions.

One such incident happened about 7 years ago in France at the Cannes Film Festival, where Rousey was invited as a guest and she also took her little sister Julie with her. Popular Canadian singer and musician Justin Bieber was there too and had a great performance at the event. After it was all over, Bieber was very busy clicking pictures with his fans and followers, and this page also made Ronda Rousey’s younger sister excited to do the same with the singer.

But as soon as they approached him about the pictures, Justin Bieber refused to take a moment and take the pictures as he had been put through millions of them before and didn’t want to do it anymore. This took the Rousey sisters by storm and later in an interview Cosmopolitan MagazineRonda captioned Bieber’s gesture as “not polite“.

“Justin Bieber was taking some pictures with some ladies and she suddenly got very excited and said, ‘Do you think he would want to take a picture with me?’ I was like, ‘Sure Julie, don’t worry, everyone’s taking photos today. Don’t feel bad that’s why everyone is here… look at him, he’s a darling.”

Rousey described the exact wording of what happened when she and her 16-year-old sister went to Bieber’s and asked for pictures. According to her, the singer was already messed up and when he asked again for photos with them, he turned and walked away, snubbing them all around.

“I walked over there and said, ‘Excuse me,’ he turned around and said, ‘I’ve already taken a billion photos today, okay.’ I said “yeah but” – because my sister is the only 16 year old girl at the whole party – all I got out was “yeah but” before he says “a billion” and walks away and totally snubbed my little sister, “said Rousey.

It would be fair enough to say that Ronda Rousey is the torchbearer of mixed martial arts and one couldn’t even imagine mentioning that without naming Rousey when speaking to him.
