Costco is a store that is one of the biggest shopping spots for Americans. In fact, Costco is the fifth largest retailer in the world and the world’s largest retailer of selected and premium beef, organic groceries, fried chicken and wine.

Founded in the United States nearly 40 years ago, they are headquartered in Issaquah, Washington, a suburb of Seattle.

They are typically open seven days a week and aside from beef, chicken, organic food and wine, they are also known for their cheap gas. But there are a few holidays they close so their employees can spend some quality time with their friends and family.

Independence Day is a major holiday in the United States as in 2022 we will celebrate the 246th year of our country’s independence. Is July 4th a day when Costco is closed or will they be open?

July 4th is one of seven public holidays Costco says all locations in the United States will not be open.

The other holidays that are included are New Year’s Day, Easter Sunday, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.

They have regular business hours on July 3rd and 5th, but all locations in the United States will be closed all day on Monday, July 4th, 2022.

So if you need to get something there for a cookout or some other special event, or even if you want to stop your car at Costco to fill up your gas tank, you should definitely go there this weekend because unfortunately you won’t be lucky there on the 4th .July and will have to go elsewhere to get what you need.
