Infinity maker Corvus Belli announces a new line of fantasy games

On Tuesday, Corvus Belli announced two new productions set in an entirely new fantasy universe. The first is a dungeon crawler called Warcrow Adventuresand the second is an official board war game called Warcrow. Both are expected to arrive in 2023.

Spanish game developer and publisher known for its anime-inspired sci-fi game Infinity. It’s based on a critically acclaimed set of rules that emphasize fluid, fluid gameplay and a surprisingly nuanced line of sight system. Warcrow Adventures would be a pretty departure. In a press release, Corvus Belli said it “has a completely new rules engine and is completely different from anything that has been developed by the company to date”.

No details were given about the game’s interface. Only a short animation is provided and we have embedded it above. The bulletin says the world of Warcrow will have a “classic fantasy atmosphere” and will include elves, humans, dwarves and orcs, as well as entirely new races invented by Corvus Belli. Like many of the company’s recent releases, the miniatures will be made of plastic instead of metal.

Warcrow Adventures will arrive on Kickstarter “by the end of the year,” said Corvus Belli, with Warcrow coming in 2023 and supported with the monthly release of additional miniatures. Infinity maker Corvus Belli announces a new line of fantasy games
