In Priestdale, a woman dies after a car crash and then bursts into flames

A woman has died in a two-vehicle crash in Logan, south of Brisbane, after the vehicle she was a passenger in burst into flames.

The woman, aged about 30, was traveling in a commercial vehicle on Saturday afternoon when it collided with a sedan in a roundabout at the intersection of Ford Rd and Priestdale Rd in Priestdale.

After the first accident, both vehicles crashed into a power pole before bursting into flames.

The woman died at the scene of the accident.

The male utility driver and the male sedan driver were taken to Princess Alexandra Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

The investigation is ongoing.

Anyone with information about the accident is asked to contact the police.
