‘I’m Instagram Famous’ Woman Kicked Off American Airlines Bus
Morgan Osman was thrown out of an American Airlines Boeing 737 and she found the whole situation absurd because she said she was “Instagram famous.” But she was a flight trainer.
She seems to have taken her Instagram page with 1 million followers offline since the incident on board. I can’t spend enough time on Instagram because I had no idea who she was or that she was apparently dating Britney Spears’ husband. And I never directed the reality shows she appeared on (Season 5 of Oxygen Network). Bad Girls Club? VH1’s Miami Monke?).
In the video, she claims she did nothing wrong, says “Call me B– again” and tells a passenger to “shut up.” When she realizes she’s being filmed, she declares herself famous on Instagram .
Before watching, keep in mind that the language is not safe for work, not safe for airports, and not safe for anyone dealing with modern life.

If you prefer to watch the video with salty language, try it Here. Apparently, not only does Instagram Famous not get you an upgrade, it also doesn’t prevent you from getting kicked off a plane.
Well, there is really famous like being an A-list Hollywood star. People generally know who you are. I spent 18 years in DC, which is often viewed as “Hollywood for ugly people.” There is an idea called famous for DC. In most parts of the country, no one has any idea who Cabinet secretaries are, but in DC they are rock stars.
I can relate to Morgan Osman in a strange way because this blog has shaped me famous in airport lounges (one step below Instagram fame and the lowest level of popularity). I love it when readers stop by at airports and on planes and say hello (even though I’ve been spoken to in the…). Men’s room a Centurion lounge, we wait until we’re done with our business and wash our hands to shake hello). At hotels like Andaz Maui and Park Hyatt Maldives, it’s cool to get a “hello” at check-in and breakfast.
Like Morgan Osman, I sometimes fly American Airlines economy class on domestic flights. Unlike Ms. Osman, I don’t believe I am granted any special privileges, others can enjoy a free Main Cabin Extra, Priority Boarding and a free cocktail and snack thanks to Executive Platinum AAdvantage status. Maybe their Instant Pass needs an introduction?
