What’s that Tammera Megan Lee42 years old, told Officer Ronald Conner Later Metro Nashville Police Department while being arrested on suspicion of DUI, theo affidavit sent of the arresting officer.

Officer Conner, who is black, stated in the affidavit that he arrived at the scene when Lee drove her car into a secure property reserved for members of the gang. Davidson County Sheriff’s Office.

Lee allegedly followed another vehicle into the parking lot of the former Davidson County Annex in Nashville to gain entry.

An employee with the Davidson County Sheriff’s Office approached the vehicle to try and identify the driver, but the officer then decided to call Metro Police because the driver was “very intoxicated.” sworn affidavit.

Upon arrival at the scene, police approached the vehicle and asked the driver to step out of the vehicle, according to the affidavit. That affidavit reads:

When getting out of the car, the defendant stood unsteadily and had difficulty standing. The defendant had a strong odor of alcohol emanating from his body and was expelled through his breath. The defendant also had bloodshot eyes. The defendant was asked if she drank anything and she said yes. Defendant is required to perform [standardized field sobriety testing] and she agreed. During the tutorial phase of [horizantal gaze nystagmus], the defendant became very angry and refused to listen to verbal instructions. Defendant was asked again if she was willing to perform [standardized field sobriety testing] and she replied with “Fuck.” Officers detained the defendant and advised her about her rights. Officers read the defendant the implied consent and asked for a breath sample. The defendant responded with more vulgar words. Visible inside the vehicle, there are a number of alcoholic beverages ranging from ale, beer and IPA.

That is when the accused allegedly became “more belligerent” and informed Officer Conner of her beliefs as to why she would “ignore it.”

Officer Conner stated in the affidavit that he arrested Lee because of “the possibility that the offense would continue and because the defendant was a danger to himself and others.”

Lee was admitted to Metro Nashville Jail on February 20, according to Scoop Nashville but now it’s a preprocessor release.

Court records show that Lee will come Davidson County General Sessions Court on April 1. In addition to the DUI, she was also charged with violating the law of implied consent for refusing to take a standard field sobriety test at the behest of officers.
