In “Star Trek: First Contact,” the special effects artists created a physical skull for that climactic scene, which was then enhanced with LED lights and animation. Factory Entertainment’s Borg Queen Skull Signature Edition Replica was precisely created from leftover prop kept in the CBS archives and comes with a special plaque signed by Alice Krige.
The standout collection is molded from durable polyurethane resin and polished with a hand-treated electroplated chrome finish to portray the harmful effects of toxic blue vapor. Electronic lights have also been added to reproduce the pulsing effects observed on the screen as the Borg Queen slowly decreases in strength and eventually perishes. 3 AAA batteries (not included) are required.
This limited edition signature edition is limited to just 250 pieces and comes packaged with a handy display stand and official certificate of authenticity/pamphlet.
