“I love it!” Pierre Gasly reacts to the launch of the AlphaTauri AT03 »FirstSportz

Pierre Gasly did not hesitate to express his excitement while driving the 2022 AlphaTauri car. The French man shared a tweet on his official Twitter account and as he did he couldn’t help but be in awe of the luxurious and stunning new car. He shared his thoughts during the AT03 launch.

Gasly scored a podium for AlphaTauri at the Azerbaijan Grand Prix last season and finished 9th in the drivers’ standings. His heroic effort and victory in the 2020 Monza Grand Prix helped the team win their second race as builders and Gasly’s first race victory.

AlphaTauri will use Red Bull-branded Honda engines after the Japanese auto giants drop out of Formula 1 at the end of the 2021 F1 season. Red Bull will produce their powertrains which will be shared by both and will be crucial to their performance throughout the season.

Pierre Gasly believes there is “a big change to the car”

AlphaTauri launched the AT03 on February 14, and the car took the internet by storm. The clothing and fashion company owned by Red Bull has attracted the attention of many people. This car is the 3rd one since rebranding from Torro Rosso.

“I’m delighted to finally reveal what our 2022 Formula 1 car will look like,” Principal Franz Tost said. “It’s a whole new era for F1 and we hope that this package will be very strong, following last year’s success,” he added after the successful launch of the car.

Gasly shared “This year saw a big change to the car, due to new regulations, a completely different styling and design, so the team had to start from a clean sheet of paper. We won’t know the true performance of the AT03 until we get it on track during pre-season testing in Barcelona but so far, I think it looks great and I’m excited when the season comes to an end.
